Want to lose belly fat FASTER? Here’s what you need to know…

Fat loss demands inefficiency.

Efficiency is the enemy to maximal fat burning.

So when 12 attendees traveled from across North America to attend the Las Vegas Muscle Camp we wanted to show them how to achieve maximal fat burning in 10-minutes flat.

Here is today’s workout that will help you lose belly fat faster:

Kettlebell Swings x15 reps
Knee To Bag Kicks x15 reps
Double Arm Battle Rope Slams x15 reps

Complete as many rounds possible in 10 minutes.

DON’T pace yourself!

How often should you do this?

Absolutely no more than 2x a week to begin. If you need a third then it means you’re sand bagging it. You can do this at the end of your weight training workout.

The key to the exercise selection are movements you are INEFFICIENT at. Avoid movements you do in your muscle building workouts. Try some new exercises or movements that will make your heart bounce out of your chest.

Remember, maximal fat burning is all about choosing exercises and workouts that make you INEFFICIENT. When you do this, rarely do you need more than 10-20 minutes of work… and in our case, 10-minutes was more than enough.

Heads up… You’ll probably want to grab a partner when you do this workout for moral support… You’ll see what I mean
