Great tasting BCAA protein jello recipe from The Diet Kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 150ml Cold water
- 2 scoops BCAA (13g)
- 3 Sheets of gelatine
- 150ml Boiling water
Directions
- Soak the Gelatine leaves in cold water for 5 minutes
- Pour 150ml of water (cold) into a shaker then add the 2 scoops of BCAA Power Punch and shake well
- Add the Gelatine leaves and 150ml of boiling water to the shaker and shake well once again
- Pour into your favorite jello mold or serving bowl and leave in the fridge for at least 2 hours
