Here is a routine that will help get your body into shape for the summers beach season! This workout is going to focus on all those trouble spots effectively. This 20 minute circuit workout is going to hit every muscle group in the body while helping to boosting up your metabolism to help you burn fat all day long! Perform this routine 3 times a week, taking one day off between workout sessions.
For best results, begin with a 5 minutes of light cardio. You are going to perform the workout in a circuit. Executing one exercise after each other until you finish the complete circuit. Once completed, rest for 3 minutes before repeating a 2nd and then a 3rd time through. Try to complete 10-15 reps per exercise. Once you can easily perform 15 reps, then start upping the weight next time.
