- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 cup Silk Pure Almond dark chocolate almond milk
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
- 1.5 cups water
- 3 ice cubes
Directions: Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. For a thicker shake add less water or more ice cubes.
