Exercises To Make You Look Good In A Suit



When a good looking man walks into a room wearing a suit, all eyes will be on him. However, if you are not in the best shape, you might not feel that confident in a suit. Whether you do not have enough muscle or carry too much fat around your stomach, there are ways you can get in shape and look hot in a suit. In addition to eating a nutritious diet, there are several exercises you can do to get in great shape fast.



Deadlifts will build muscle and get you into shape fast. In addition to building up your arms, deadlifts will work your gluts, quads and hamstrings. Before you begin thinking about how much you want to lift, you have to make sure your posture is correct. As you lift the weights, be sure to keep your back straight. Also, make sure the weights are not too heavy so that you can comfortably do 12 to 15 repetitions.



Squats are not just great for women; they can also be beneficial for men. Squats will build the muscles in your legs, making them look stronger and more toned. Try to do at least three repetitions of 10 squats. If you want to challenge yourself, hold 10 pound weights while you do the squats.



Pushups can get you into top shape quickly and they do not require any equipment. In fact, you can do pushups in your living room while you are watching television. Pushups are great for building up the muscles in your shoulders and chest. Try to do two sets of 12 pushups at first. If regular pushups are too difficult to do at first, you should try doing them on your knees.



The great thing about planks is that they work out all parts of your body including your arms, stomach, back and legs. To do this exercise, all you have to do is go into a pushup position and rest on your elbows. As you keep your body straight, gently squeeze your abdominal muscles. You should try to hold each plank for at least 30 seconds.


Run Up Steps

If you want to get rid of fat quickly, you have to do cardiovascular exercises. An effective way to get a cardiovascular workout is to run up steps. If you have steps in your home, try running up and down them 10 times at first. Once you build up your stamina, you can do more repetitions. Running up steps will have you sweating in no time and you will burn tons of calories.

If you do all of the exercises above, you should get into top shape in no time. Try to exercise at least five days a week for 30 minutes to see results quickly. Before you know it, you will be looking hot and feeling confident in that suit. When you walk into a room with your suit, everyone will be admiring you.
