Motivation. Workout motivations are easy. Start out with a good motivation to exercise or to attain goals.

Goals, Motivation, and Conviction, these three will help you get the body you are working for. Goals are what your end game is, you need these as bars to gauge your progress. Motivation is what you need to keep at it and not give up, to lose motivation is not having the mental toughness to go through with pain and suffering. Conviction is simple, you need this to see things to the end, anybody can talk a big game about doing something, but are you strong enough to actually finish what you are saying.
