Healthy Smoked Salmon Breakfast



A Heart Healthy Breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:  (Recipe for 2 sandwiches)

  • 2 eggs
  • Few pieces smoked salmon
  • Cream cheese
  • 1 small cucumber sliced thinly
  • Capers
  • 2 bread slices
  • Chives, chopped finely
  • 2-3 cups water for boiling the eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste


1.  Boil the water and add eggs, cook for 7 minutes, put in cold water for a second, peel and slice into 3-4 pieces.

2. Toast the bread, spread some cream cheese on top, cover with thinly sliced cucumber pieces, salmon, eggs, and sprinkle with chives and capers. Season with some salt and pepper and serve.

3. Enjoy!


** Tip:

The Smoked Salmon goes very well with ” Kraft Philadelphia Cream Cheese, Chive & Onion-  1/3 Less Fat” or any Chive cream cheese brand to your liking.
