  • 1/4 cup almond milk (60 mL)
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (30 g)
  • 1/2 cup liquid egg whites (120 mL)
  • 4 tbsp. peanut butter

The macros can be changed based on topping. For less fat, don’t use peanut butter.
