High Protein Healthy Cupcakes Recipe (Video)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oat flour (80 g)
  • 1/3 cup whole wheat flour (40 g)
  • 3 scoops whey protein (90 g)
  • 2 tbsp. sweetener
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (230 g)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup egg whites (80 ml)
  • Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. chocolate chips (30 g)
  • 9 tbsp. frosting (90 g)

Makes 9 cupcakes
Per cupcake:
180calories
5 g fat
20 g carbs
14 g protein
