Homemade Bodybuilding Protein Granola Recipe (Video)

 

Here’s how to make some healthy homemade granola from Micheal Kory fitness. This makes a great snack and there’s a lot you can do with this one receipe.

 

Ingredients:
2 cups oats (160 g)
1 tbsp. baking cocoa (5 g)
1 tsp. sweetener
1/2 scoop whey protein (15 g)
Cinnamon
1 tsp. olive oil
1/4 cup water (60 ml)

Makes 4 servings
Per serving:
180 calories
4g fat
28g carbs
8g protein
