They can be extremely beneficial for those who consider themselves ectomorphs, or those who say they can’t eat enough whole food to gain weight.¬†You can always buy these shakes at a store, however I find making them myself saves time and money (not to mention the results are usually better tasting). Here you’ll find a quick easy shake I like to make.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mocha Iced Coffee Milk
  • 2 scoops Whey Protein
  • 1 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 2 tablespoons Creamy Peanut Butter

Macros: 135g Carbs, 75g Protein, 35g Fat
