L-Tyrosine – Tyrosine is one of the most important amino acids, which is used in the synthesis of structural proteins. Although proteins are made up of different other amino acids but tyrosine is considered to be the most important one, because it is used in the production of neurotransmitters.

Taurine – Taurine increases muscle contractility both within the heart and joints resulting in more powerful workouts.

L-Arginine – The benefits of L-arginine are derived from its roles in protein synthesis and serving as a precursor to nitric oxide, a potent vasodilator.

I personally had murucuva flavour this was bit strong tasted but After a couple days i got used to it and enjoyed taking it. They have many flavours to choose from such as Orange Maraguja, Pink Limonade, Orange Juice, Tropical Punch, Guarana, Blood Orange and Blue Guarana. On the mixture side I had no problems. Easily done in a few shakes. I even use a fork just to stir a few times.

I found Hot Blood 2.0 to be a brilliant pre-workout booster. It was very clean and jitter free, I never felt a crash and it didn’t leave me wanting to exercise through out the night. To me it was nearly perfect due to it’s awesome ingredients and added Creatines. It did make me feel slightly hot and sweaty for first week but to me that just let’s me know it’s actually working. Sometimes I like a work out that makes me wanna smash the gym up and break records but with hot blood I found myself just getting on with it not getting to excited and not feeling bored or tired. I would even sometimes just add a few more sets to try shatter me but Hot Blood 2.0 just kept fuelling me to keep on. If you want a clean pre-workout that does what it should then I recommend giving Hot Blood 2.0 a try.
