How To: Hanging Windshield Wiper (Video)

 

Scott Herman Fitness shows us how to properly do the Hanging Windshield Wiper exercise. This exercise targets the lower abs, to give that nice v-cut.

Lower abs, obliques, and that sexy v-cut come with proper eating and intense exercise.

Once you gain a bit of core strength try this ABS exercise out. It’s one of my favorite for those days where I just want train so hard I can’t laugh the next day without being in pain. 🙂
