Indoor Rock Climbing



When I was a kid I used to love birthdays – these days, not so much. I got really excited when I was younger because every time that I went to a birthday party it would be a trip to a really exciting location or to a really fun activity – and when I was in Primary School this used to happen almost every weekend.

One of the most common places that we used to go for birthday parties was indoor rock climbing and this used to be so much fun. Giving us the challenges, the risks and the adrenaline of scaling heights, all in the comfort, safety and weather protection of an indoor arena, it used to be a really fun way to spend an afternoon and a great way to keep fit and build up skills at the same time.

For those of us that struggle to find the time to really get into the great outdoors, or for people who simply can’t deal with the cold and frequently wet weather, indoor rock climbing has the potential to offer a great activity for all of the family in a safe and secure environment. For people who are wanting to test their skills out, it’s a good way to train and prepare before you do hit the outdoors, and for children it’s a great place to have a party.

In an age where people get bored at the gym, indoor rock climbing can offer the opportunity to keep fit and have fun at the same time.

Indoor rock climbing can offer you a great way to keep fit and build your upper body strength and stamina at the same time.
