Get ready for next years beach season with this great leg and butt toning workout routine. This short, but intense workout will help shape and tone your butt and give that nice shapely beach body look. Just do this 30 minute routine twice week to start seeing some serious leg and butt sculpting.
Warm up with some light cardio, cycling or walking for at least 10 minutes, then perform a few stretches targeting on your quads and hamstrings before you begin your workout. This routine can be performed either as 3 circuits with one set of each exercise, with little or no rest between each exercise or you can complete 3 sets of each exercise before moving to the next one.
- Perform each exercise for 60 seconds. Try doing as many reps as you can.
- Maintain good form for each exercise performed.
Try to increase the duration of this workout routine each week. Start with 60 seconds for each exercise then increase it by 15 or 30 seconds the next week and so on.
