BARBELL COMPLEX:

  • Military Press x 10 reps
  • Front Squat x 10 reps
  • Bent Over Row x 10 reps
  • Deadlift x 10 reps
  • Back Squat x 10 reps

Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.

Start with 65lbs and add 10 lbs a week.

Perform this once per week and aim to out do your previous weeks performance.
