- Military Press x 10 reps
- Front Squat x 10 reps
- Bent Over Row x 10 reps
- Deadlift x 10 reps
- Back Squat x 10 reps
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
Start with 65lbs and add 10 lbs a week.
Perform this once per week and aim to out do your previous weeks performance.
