This is one of my all time favourite recipes for the weekend. It’s so simple, yet so tasty, it’s hard to believe it’s not a cheat day! If it’s got your taste buds watering, take a peek below for the recipe.
What you need:
- – 3 egg whites
- – 2 scoops of chocolate protein (although you can try other flavours – vanilla is also nice!)
- – 2 tables spoons of low fat cottage cheese (odd but it works)
- – dash of milk, if needed to make the mix more workable (careful not to add too much or it will be too runny!)
- – Total 0% Fat Greek Yogurt (don’t substitute for “Greek Style” yogurt – it’s got a lot more carbs aka sugar)
- – SUPER BERRIES on top
