To live a good healthy lifestyle, you have to make conscious decisions throughout the day that what is going to be good for your emotional and physical well-being. Lifestyle means activities that you do during the whole day. Like physical activities (exercise) and eating a healthy food whole day. In short, it describes the way of your living. Making good choices is the requirement of a good healthy lifestyle in all aspects of your life. Making a small decision can change the way you live. Like if there is a grocery store near your place, don’t go on the car. Take a deep breath and start walking. This is a step towards your good health. Make such type of small decisions and live a healthy life. Similarly, take the stairs over lift, walk during lunch, eat low fat, low calorie meals, and increase the consumption of nutritious foods.

Teenage is a time period where they are highly conscious about their weight. This is the time where they need to groom up their personality. They start a healthy diet plan without thinking either it’s going to give a long term result or it is just a temporary therapy of your weight. They take supplements in the form of tablets, capsules etc. which is risky. And later they can see their side effects. This will convert their happiness into depression and aggression. To avoid this, go to health care providers, consult them, and then take a proper diet schedule according to your body needs and requirements. Moreover, nutritious foods are most important for teenagers. And they find it quite easy to adopt this instead of using heavy supplements. Fruits, green and dark vegetables and whole foods are their important part of the diet. Everything their body required can be taken from these foods. They are the best source of carbohydrates, vitamins, fibers, and minerals in maintaining a good body weight and shape. Add exercise and dietary choices that reduce the chances of various developing diseases.  Choose foods that contain a minimum amount of fats. This will help you in reducing your cholesterol level and often minimize the risk of heart diseases. Polyunsaturated and mono unsaturated and omega 3 fats are all good choices for a healthy lifestyle. Cut off the consumption of sugar that is usually in the form of sweet, soft drinks, sugary fruit juices and other meals. Take whole foods in your normal day. Eat healthy grains, drink freshly squeezed juices and whole grain bread instead of unhealthy meals. Eat fruits and vegetables that are rich in mineral and vitamin content. Choose lean meat and beans for rich protein consumption. Use skimmed milk and low fat dairy products; this will lose your fats and provides you calcium. Moreover avoid unhealthy habits. Start and finish your work with stretching. Go to the gym or do exercise daily for at least 20 to 30 minutes. Enjoy rigorous daily activities like gardening and housekeeping just to exercise your body. Avoid yo-yo dieting and improve your lifestyle to keep your body, mind and soul relax. To reach your destination, ditch your car and walk or cycle. Avoid smoking and alcohol consumption. Get plenty of sleep. Keep your tripods fresh by following these good habits and also a healthy and nutritious diet along with a reliable exercise schedule.
