Optimum Nutrition Amino Energy Review

Welcome to my 2nd supplement review. Today we are looking at optimum nutrition amino energy.

Everybody wants a lean, muscular physique. Like anything worth having, wanting it isn’t enough. You have to commit to a rigorous diet and training program that will tax your strength mentally as well as physically. To help you satisfy both of these demands, ON’s Essential Amino Energy combines a powerful ratio of rapidly absorbed free-form amino acids with natural energizers and N.O. boosting ingredients to help you reach your next level – including muscle-building BCAAs and arginine to help support intense, vascular pumps.* At 10 calories per serving, it’ll make a big impression without denting your diet. Mix up Essential Amino Energy anytime you want to dial up mental focus, physical energy N.O. production and recovery support.*

This product I found to be surprising good and really performed in the role of giving you that extra edge when hitting your workouts. I started talking this product two weeks ago and the stamina results are great. I find my sets that little bit easier and don’t need as long for rest periods. The focus is great, sometimes I feel like I should do more as I finish twenty minutes earlier than usual :)

The caffeine blends and amino blends work brilliant together in sense of not giving you shakes or a head rush and sweat patches. But giving you a real believable rush and increase in focus and drive. The caffeine hit probably  lasts about four hours so don’t try going to sleep straight from your workout as you may fail. Depends how your body tolerates it.

My advice is take 2 scoops when you wake up and then 2 scoops before and after your workouts. It states 2 scoops (5g) is mild but for me this was just right. And you can always add more the next day.

Overall I highly rate this as a top supplement for getting that extra rep or running that bit longer. And overall giving you a well alert and ready buzz.
