Protein smoothies are great choices for anyone who wants to get more protein in their day without having to eat a lot of meat or fish. Although there are tons of really delicious smoothie recipes, sometimes you want a different snack option. Fortunately there are quite a few different recipes you can make with your favorite protein powder. Sure, these require you to cook and bake, but they taste great and are healthy for you!
– 1.5 Cup of Oats
– 1 Cup Almond Milk
– 1 Scoop Favorite Protein Powder
All you have to do is cook your oats as you normally would and then add in the protein powder once it’s finished. You can also add in some frozen or fresh berries if you want to add more nutrients. This is great with vanilla protein powder, but you can try any flavor that you have. Oatmeal with protein in it is something you can have for breakfast or even as a snack during the day.
– 2 Scoops Protein Powder
Simply mix your choice of protein powder with enough water to make it the consistency of pancake batter. Pour the batter into a hot pan and allow it to cook on both sides until it’s golden brown. These can be a little dry, so it’s recommended to serve them with butter and honey. You can even add in nuts or berries if you want to add in additional nutrients. These are great for the entire family and are really delicious.
– 3 Eggs
– 3 Tablespoons oil
– 3 scoops vanilla protein powder
– 2 scoops strawberry protein powder
– 2 tsp baking powder
– 1/4 cup heavy cream
– 1/3 cup brown sugar
– 1 cup raspberries
– 1/2 cup cream cheese
Simply mix all of these together and then pour them in a lined muffin pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. You can play around with this recipe by changing out the protein powders for other flavors or swapping the raspberries for another fruit. These can be frozen if you know you won’t be able to eat them all within a few days.

– Water or almond milk
Mix your choice protein powder with enough water to make it a drink that you would normally have. You can also use milk or almond milk as a substitute if you don’t want plain water. All you have to do for this treat is make the Jello like you normally would. Once everything is mixed up, add in the protein powder and continue to mix until it’s well combined. Pour into your choice container and put in the fridge until it’s firm.
