Protein Popcorn

 

 

Ingredients:
– 1 serving air-popped popcorn (2 tablespoons, approx 100 calories)
– 1 scoop protein powder (I used all the whey “cake batter” pre workout (pictured below) and dymatize “cookies and cream” post workout)
– 1 tablespoon water

Directions:
-mix water and protein powder. Make popcorn . Pour protein powder mix over the popcorn.
