Here is a quick stir-fry chicken recipe from  Micheal Kory fitness.

Ingredients:
1 lb chicken (455 g)
2 tbsp. soy sauce ( 30 ml)
Garlic powder
Salt
Pepper
1 bag stir-fry vegetables (455 g)
1 cup brown rice (110 g dry)
8 tbsp. sweet and sour sauce (140 g)

Makes 3 servings
Per serving:
380 calories
2 g fat
51 g carbs
39 g protein
