Ingredients:

  • 3 cups lettuce (150 g)
  • 1 tsp. taco seasoning
  • 4 oz. ground beef (115 g)
  • Seasonings of your choice
  • 1/2 cup pinto beans (130 g)
  • 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (20 g)
  • Hot sauce
  • 1 tbsp. Catalina salad dressing (20 g)
  • 2 tbsp. salsa (30 g)
  • Lime juice

Makes 1 serving
Per serving:
380 calories
9 g fat
35 g carbs
38 g protein
