Recipe: No Oats or Flour Protein Pancakes

 

 

You will need: 1/2 banana (mashed), 1/4 cup egg whites, 2 tbsp. almond milk, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, cinnamon, 1 tsp. baking powder, 1 tbsp. milled flaxseed

This is a pretty easy recipe I put on my YouTube channel a few weeks ago that got a good response. I figured some people would enjoy it here.
