Ingredients : Prep time: 10 minutes
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons sugar or artificial sweeteners
1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
( half a kiwi) This is only if you want to add an extra fruit, but it’s not needed
Directions : Rest time: 2 hours
1) Put the mango in food processor until smooth for about 30 seconds.
2) Add the remaining ingredients. Process 10 more minutes and stop one time to scares to the sides of the boal until it’s foamy.
3) Pour into 4individual serving dishes.
4) Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm
5 )Remove from freezer and eat after 5 minutes.
