Swamp in the “Single-Leg Neutral-Grip Dumbbell Row” into your next circuit or back workout. This exercise will not only help you build some muscle in your back, but will increase the strength of the stabilizers in your back and legs as well.
4 sets of 12-15 reps will be enough for any workout. Just make sure you perform 2 sets on your right leg and two on your left.
