When it comes to increasing muscle mass, you must always maintain control of your movements and be progressively overloading when possible. For this workout focus on a 2 — 2 — 2 TEMPO and if you want to work on your grip strength, pick up a pair of Iron Bull Strength Grips! Train hard and make sure you have your meal plan dialed in as well! #HTH
