Triple Threat Cardio

 

Instead of spending your entire  cardio workout on a one piece of equipment at the gym, start jumping from different machines around the gym. This 3 machine cardio workout routine will have you on the stationary bike for roughly 15 minutes, then the elliptical, and ending with the treadmill. By hopping from one machine to the other, it leaves less chance of you getting bored.
