US Swimmer Makes It From Cuba To Florida Without Shark Cage

Diana Nyad become the first person to swim from Cuba to Florida without a shark cage! It took the 64 year old more than 53 hours of non-stop swimming through the shark infested waters of Florida. She first attempted the swim in 1978 and then again in 2011 and 2012, but failed. The 110 mile swim has set the record for the longest ocean swim without a shark cage.
