You may or may have not heard this before, but eating breakfast is extremely important! Making a habit of eating breakfast everyday is important to achieving and maintaining your weight loss goals. Many studies have shown that eating breakfast in the morning helps with controlling your appetite throughout the day. Eating breakfast essential sets the tone on your appetite for the rest of your day. A study at the University of El Paso Texas has proven that those who eat fewer calories before noon, tend to eat more calories throughout the entire day.
