It helps you maintain a healthy lifestyle, and if you need to lose some weight quickly, you’re more likely to do it. He says he keeps Jessica “two weeks of being in shape for anything”, without being obsessive about it, which makes it easier for her to take action roles, for example. Losing pregnancy weight is a challenge for everyone. Jessica Alba managed to look spotless again after giving birth, with the aid of a simple cardio and strength program. 3. Scarlett Johansson

The actress famously does yoga to stay in shape, exercises that train both the mind and the body. The practice keeps her body toned, without losing on femininity. When she’s not starving herself to look unhealthy in Les Miserables, Anne Hathaway keeps a workout routine for staying fit. The main focus is the toning and shaping of her arms, thighs and abs, according to her trainer, David Kirsch. The actress trains with weights, rowing and running on the elliptical, for about an hour a day.
