We’re recently contacted by Traci Morrow to review Shaun T’s and Beachbody’s workout program titled Focus T25. I must however admit that I was very skeptical at first. Shaun T proved me very wrong. By adjusting each exercise and making you focus (no pun intended) on getting your heart rate up going and working your muscles in ways you never imagined.
What is Focus T25?
Focus T25 is a total-body conditioning program designed to transform your body in about 10 weeks. The program is built around you working out for 25 minutes at a high intensity level with no resting what so ever. I personally thought that Focus T25 was a great product overall. My favorite part was that each workout was only 25 minutes. For someone like me that enjoys working out in the gym rather than at home, this was a great and fun cardio alternative. Even on my busiest days I could find 25 minutes to bang out a workout. Just like any workout program, Focus T25 has both its pros and cons, although I still think overall that the program is great.
- Time savings: Do more in less time. These 25- minutes workouts will make you burn as many calories as a 50-minute workout due to the intensity and focus.
