These products often contain synthetic stimulant ingredients which can do your body as much harm as good and need to be treated with the utmost caution.
Fortunately for you, our Hunter Burn fat burner review is here to guide you through this potential minefield. By the end of this article you will be in doubt as to whether this product is safe and whether it can actually help you shift those excess pounds!

Before we take an in-depth look at the ingredients included in this Hunter Burn supplement, there is one question we must address before any other… Does this product contain any proprietary blends?!
For those of you who may not be 100% sure of exactly what a proprietary blend is, it can be described as a mix of ingredients where the total blend weight is given, but the precise quantities of individual component ingredients is not disclosed. This makes it very difficult for you to know exactly how much of everything you are consuming per serving.
Despite what supplement manufacturers might try to tell you about hiding their secret formulas from the prying eyes of competitors, there is actually only one reason why they make use of proprietary blends. To hide underdosed ingredients from you!
Fortunately for our Burn fat burner by Hunterlife review, the quantity of every ingredient in this product is fully disclosed, which means you know exactly what you’re putting in your body. As a result, we can determine whether it contains effective dosages!
Konjac root extract (90% Glucomannan)- 3000 mg
Konjac is traditionally used in Japanese cuisine and Chinese medicine. The konjac plant has a starchy root called a corm, high in a dietary fiber called glucomannan.[1] The 3g serving of Konjac root extract Hunter Burn is 90% glucomannan which means an approximate 2.7g.
Glucomannan takes up space in your stomach and helps to delay stomach emptying, which makes you feel fuller for longer (satiety), therefore reducing your food intake at any subsequent meals.[2] Much like other soluble fibers, it also helps to reduce the absorption of protein and fat.[3]
So, by making you feel less hungry and blocking the absorption of certain nutrients, glucomannan will have a fairly obvious and direct impact on weight management. Most scientific research agrees that a serving of 2-4g per day is well tolerated and has a significant impact on weight loss but only if consumed directly before a meal, with studies suggesting that between 15 minutes and an hour before eating is optimal![4]
All of this means that the 2.7g serving of glucomannan is pretty much bang on and should have the desired appetite and absorption suppressant effects it is supposed to. It’s inclusion in this Hunterlife fat burner does mean that the product is probably best taken prior to eating, a factor which is certainly not made obvious on the website!
White kidney bean extract (Phaseolus vulgaris)- 500 mg
White kidney bean extract is thought to be a carbohydrate blocker that inhibits the digestion of starches, leaving them undigested in the gut or reducing the volume which is digested and therefore absorbed.[5]
Scientific studies have, in fact, demonstrated that supplementing with Phaseolus vulgaris for a period of 30 days leads to a significantly greater reduction in body weight, BMI, fat mass, adipose tissue thickness, and waist/hip/ thigh circumferences while maintaining lean body mass compared to subjects receiving a placebo.[6]
These studies used a daily dose of 445 mg which means the 500 mg serving contained in this Hunter Burn supplement is yet again bang on.[7] Another promising ingredient and dosage for our Hunter Burn review to get on board with!
L-theanine- 200 mg
Generally speaking, the benefits most commonly associated with theanine relate to reducing anxiety and stress and improving focus instead of weight loss and fat burning more specifically.
It is, however, a key component of green tea alongside caffeine and catechins, which definitely has evidence to support its use for weight management goals. Furthermore, whilst the impacts of green tea on metabolism are ordinarily linked to its caffeine content’s thermogenic effects, in particular, there is increasing evidence to suggest that theanine may also contribute positively to this area.
One study, in particular, has demonstrated that theanine also has the potential to reduce body mass. Theanine can pass through the blood-brain barrier and induce an increased
dopamine release and reduction of serotonin concentration in the brain. Such neurotransmitters as dopamine and serotonin are believed to be involved in the regulation of food intake.[8] Consequently, it is thought that theanine intake can help to reduce food intake and therefore contribute to overall body weight management!
The exact dose required to elicit such a response is, however, not yet known and as a result it is difficult for us to properly assess the 200 mg serving contained in this Hunter Burn supplement.
Matcha Green Tea (Camellia sinensis)- 200 mg
The weight management and, in particular, fat loss benefits of green tea are well documented. These benefits are very much related to high levels of an antioxidant known as EGCG (the major catechin found in green tea), as well as the caffeine content.
Research has demonstrated that supplementing with green tea, and in particular with ECGC, can increase energy expenditure and stimulate fat oxidation. In a 12 week study of overweight males, for instance, consumption of higher doses of ECGC than a lower dose was associated with far greater reductions in body weight, body fat, and visceral fat. The mechanism behind these results is thought to involve inhibiting an enzyme called catechol-o-methyltransferase, which degrades noradrenaline. Thus, by prolonging the action of noradrenaline, overall energy expenditure and fat burning, in particular, can be increased.
In a separate study featured in the Journal of Nutrition, a 1.7% fat loss experienced by individuals supplementing with catechins in comparison to placebo represented a difference in energy balance of 60 kcals a day. This degree of change was considered clinically important, particularly over a long period of time and in subjects suffering from obesity.
Given that matcha green tea, in particular, is thought to contain extremely high levels of ECGC, its inclusion in this Hunter Burn supplement is a major positive.
Cayenne pepper- 125 mg
The key ingredient within cayenne pepper extract, as far as fat burning is concerned, is capsaicin.
Capsaicin has been shown to increase thermogenesis by enhancing catecholamine (i.e., adrenaline) secretion and suppressing appetite.[9]
Scientific research has demonstrated that capsaicin supplements can boost metabolism by up to 50 kcals a day which could lead to significant weight loss over time.[10] In some cases, taking 2.5 mg with each meal resulted in 10% more fat being burned in the subsequent 24 hours than a control group.[11]
The 125 mg cayenne pepper serving in this Hunter Burn product is a little over our preferred dosage and, as a result, will definitely have the desired effect on your fat-burning potential!
Hunter Burn fat burner benefits
As you can see from our detailed breakdown of this product’s ingredients and dosages, the potential benefits of Hunter Burn for your fat-burning needs are far-reaching. By combining ingredients proven to help reduce appetite and increase satiety, such as glucomannan and theanine, and those with a thermogenic effect such as cayenne pepper and matcha green tea, this product has pretty much every weight loss and fat burning angle covered.
What’s more, all of these ingredients are included at effective levels, at least in cases where we know what optimum actually is!

Hunter Burn fat burner price and where to buy?
You can purchase this product on the official Hunterlife website for a price of €65 for 30 servings, which means a rather significant per serving cost of €2.20.
Whilst it doesn’t seem to be widely available, the official hunter life website does appear to serve Europe, the UK, the USA, and Australia, so it has a fairly global reach.
Summary
All in all this has been a very encouraging Hunter Burn review. High quality ingredients proven to help reduce appetite and increase your metabolism which should combine to help you shed those excess pounds. What’s more, all of these ingredients seem to be dosed at effective levels and there isn’t a single controversial or potentially dangerous stimulant ingredient in sight!
Whilst $2.20 per serving may seem like a lot of money, in a marketplace as murky and loosely regulated as the supplement one; you can’t put a price on a fat burner that is safe for you to consume, which is made from natural ingredients rather than synthetic ones and which should actually help you to manage your weight and body fat effectively!
Our final verdict? If budget isn’t really an issue for you, and you’re looking for a safe, effective fat-burning supplement, then you can’t go too far wrong with Hunter Burn!
