It’s Mike and today we’re going to do a 350 rep workout. This workout will not only help you pak on lean raw muscles, it’ll also get you the shredded abs you’ve always wanted.

Do as many reps as you can in a row and then go into the next exerceis. Rotate in order until you reach the desired number of total reps in each exercise.
Tip: Write down the numbers of reps you do as you go so you can keep track of how many reps you are currently at.
