In this video I am going to show you how to take your backpack and simple exercises and use them to get ripped right in time for the beach season! Fill up your back pack with household items that can be evenly distributed throughout your back pack. I understand not everyone has weights or access to a gym so here are some examples of common household items everyone has you can use for extra resistance…
- * Rice bags (as shown in the video)
- * Books
- * Water Bottles
Once you have filled your back pack to your desired weight we are going to superset 4 simple exercises, but watch out because you are going to find quick that this added weight makes these exercises much more difficult, but much more effective as well. Here’s the order of the exercises…
- *Push ups (10 reps)
- *Squats (10 reps)
- *Close grip push ups (10 reps)
- *Lunges (10 reps)
You want to do 5 total rounds of this routine to achieve optimal results. And remember if you need to increase the difficulty of the routine it easy… Just add a few more books to that back pack!
