We all struggle with our weight from time to time – and it’s perfectly natural to go out in search of a quick fix – but the problem is that the quick fixes often come in the form of a gimmick (or a tablet sold for a hugely inflated price by a pharmaceutical company) and they often don’t work as well as we want them to. Luckily, there are a number of fat burning techniques that are coming into the limelight nowadays – many of which you may never have heard of. To help you out, I wanted to outline some of them here in the hopes that they can help you the way in which they have helped me! After going from being 20 pounds overweight to the perfect weight for my height I have been so much happier, and it’s all thanks to the help that I got from adding an organic calcium supplement to my diet. Early morning exercise
I’m not the biggest fan of running or getting active – I have to tell you. I mean, I get out there and pound the pavement when I feel like I need to get active and get moving, but I always like to know that I’m getting the biggest bang for my buck when I go and exercise. Well, the ol’ cold shower stimulates your body in such a way that you accelerate the body’s natural fat burning mechanisms. When you’re next taking a shower, why not take the last two minute of the shower as a cold one? It’s going to promote healthier fat burning in the body, and, when done regularly, is going to be beneficial for your health.
There have been studies done that show that taking organic calcium supplements can actually help you to lose weight. I wanted to speak about this here as it’s the method that I went for when I was looking to lose weight, and it helped me immensely. It’s best to take your calcium supplement with breakfast because it’s important to ensure that you’re producing adequate stomach acid to enable you to process the calcium (and other essential nutrients). Studies have shown that a higher calcium and vitamin D intake can reduce your spontaneous energy intake (in layman’s terms: How much food you feel like eating) and can help to increase the amount of fat that is burned after your next two meals.
Drinking more water
This is a good one, because drinking water has the added benefit of making you feel full and wanting to eat less, as well as helping you to burn fat. Water is great for helping your body to get rid of toxins as you urinate out the bad and take in the good. Drinking plenty of water will help you to burn fat on a grand scale.
There has been some research into the role of certain peptides and fat burning, and while it’s a somewhat under-researched area, it’s certainly been proven (at least in its infancy) that peptides can help with fat burning.
