More is better with fibers but 50 is the minimum and it can be really difficult because many of the foods that we have at our disposal today do not have any fiber. However, as a general rule of thumb, fruits and vegetables are a rich source of fiber and as long as you cook them yourself it should be almost certain that you will be able to enjoy a healthy diet.
