Welcome to my review of Ronnie Coleman’s Signature Series Pro-Antium supreme multi faced protein complex. When I first opened my bag of Pro-Antium, I could see the bits of cookie in the powder. This made me worry about it being too lumpy when mixing it with my shaker. I’m glad to say this is was not the case. In fact it came out very smooth, lump free and no frothy residue. I personally used the double chocolate cookie flavored protein powder. I found it to to have a very strong and rich chocolate flavor. I mixed it with milk and found it to truly taste just like a chocolate cookie. If your a chocolate fan then you will love this flavor.

If you look at these amazing ingredients you can see they have properly based their product for the bodybuilding scene, due to its low amount of carbohydrates per serving. If your an endurance athlete, who may need a higher serving of carbohydrates for energy; this may not be your first choice. But for bodybuilders Pro-Antium is brilliant at helping to increase and repair muscle tissue, while keeping with their strict daily allowance of carbohydrates. A must in all my protein shakes is multiple timed protein releases. Pro-Antium brings this by including their multi faced protein complex which consists of whey protein concentrated, whey protein hydrolisate, milk thistle, egg albumin and micellar casein protein. This is brilliant to help keep your muscles fed through out the day. And to top it off they have chucked a huge amount if amino acids to help aid in muscle growth.
Pro-Antium is packed full of muscle repairing and growing ingredients that I personally feel can’t be beaten if compared by per serving.
