Filmmaker Casey Neistat is back with another video about food, laws, and health. Watch the video embedded above for some shocking information about nutritional “facts.”
According to this video, most of the random foods he chose was actually within the ballpark of the advertised calories. The nasty supermarket vegan sandwich was way off, but otherwise hardly surprising given real-world variables. This was a really well-produced video, and I get what he’s saying, but I also think a little more thought should’ve gone into choosing the food to be tested.
